The Brentel Family: November 2008

The first snow day of the year was pretty exciting. The kids woke up way to early and didn't want to go back to sleep because the white stuff looked way to fun. Poor Livia had fun but couldn't even walk because I had her bundled up so much. Cameron and I made a snowman and Ciceley was so tired from getting up to early that she slept through the afternoon and missed all the fun. I'm sure she will get her chance to play tomorrow.

Good Job Mikayla!

I have to brag about my beautiful niece Mikayla. I talked to her today and she told me she is once again getting a 4.0 on her report card. She is so amazing. All through elementary school she got straight honors and now in her second year of middle school she has been able to earn a 4.0 on every report card. In addition to her incredible grades, honor classes, and citizen ship, she is on on the competitive show team at dance, a softball team, and year book committee. I don't know how she keeps up. She is a great example to her siblings and cousins. Mikayla I am so proud of you. Thanks for all that you do.

I just got Cameron's first school picture. What a cute little man. Looking more and more like his dad.

Cameron's In Kindergarten

Cameron started Kindergarten in September. He is learning so much and doing so well. Hard to believe I have a kid in school already. I helped out at the school the last couple of days and the first day Cameron pretended not to notice or know me. He finally decided I was cool enough to claim when he realized his friends liked me at the Halloween party. He has a great teacher, a new best friend, and is having a great year so far. I hope he always loves school this much.
