Zoo Lights

We went to see the zoo lights with Aaron's parents on Saturday. The kids loved all the lights especially Livia. This is the first time we have gone to the zoo in the winter and it was beautiful and freezing cold. Thank goodness we had hot chocolate to warm us up. I was a little disappointed that I forgot to try one of the deep fried smores. Oh well that just gives me an excuse to go back next year.

Merry Christmas!

On Christmas Eve we went to church for the kids mass, a party at my Aunt Janeene's and then home to wait for Santa to come. The kids were so excited. When we got home, Cameron was going crazy trying to hurry to get to bed because he was afraid Santa would skip our house if he wasn't asleep. Christmas morning was a blast. I got up and banged things around just to get the kids to wake up and come downstairs. Our friend Adam slept over and I don't think he was as excited to wake up as I was. I can't help myself because I just love Christmas with these three beautiful kids.
So we almost had a perfect day but unfortunately our white Christmas we had caused some problems. Aaron's grandma (Nonie) and aunt Cecilia (Uncle Niel) got snowed in and weren't able to be with us. We really missed them this year. When we were packing up to leave my sisters, Aaron and Ciceley took a hard fall on the ice and Aaron wasn't feeling to hot the rest of the night. I feel bad and hope he doesn't hurt so bad tomorrow. Lot's of Advil and an ice pack should help.
Well we hope everybody had a safe holiday. Merry Christmas!!!

Livia's Stitches

While my sister and I were shopping for outfits for pictures little Livia smacked her head on my nieces dresser. We left our stuff and hurried back to my sisters and rushed her to Jordan Valley Hospital. She was so good at the hospital. She acted like it was a fun adventure with the exception of the part when they put the stitches in which was horrible. At that point I cried as hard as she did. Poor little girl. When she was done she got a popsicle and was smiling again. What a perfect baby. While we were at the hospital Ciceley, Taylor and Maddie played haircuts for real. Ciceley gave Taylor a new style and Maddie gave Ciceley a trim. Not a good night! Needless to say we aren't getting pictures taken this week.

Aaron took Ciceley on a daddy daughter date to the Jazz game. She loves watching the Jazz with her dad. Each night the Jazz play she stays up to watch it when he gets home from work. She got a pink Jazz shirt, a tattoo, popcorn, autograph from the Jazz Bear, and dinner at the Sky Box. She has not stopped talking about her fun date.

Gingerbread Festival

Ciceley and her two cousins, Mikayla and Maddie all performed in the Gingerbread Festival at Thanksgiving Point. The show was pretty cute and our daughter is not shy at all. Ciceley loves having an audience and being the center of attention. I know there are a ton of pictures but I couldn't decide which ones not to put in.

Snow!!!

First Snow Day

The first snow day of the year was pretty exciting. The kids woke up way to early and didn't want to go back to sleep because the white stuff looked way to fun. Poor Livia had fun but couldn't even walk because I had her bundled up so much. Cameron and I made a snowman and Ciceley was so tired from getting up to early that she slept through the afternoon and missed all the fun. I'm sure she will get her chance to play tomorrow.
